Have never had a bug problem, maintenance is always quick to fix any issues (I've only had two since moving in-electrical problem and broken ac), and management keeps the grounds very well maintained. There's no pool or laundry facilities, but I'm ok with that. My (upstairs) one-bedroom is the perfect size, and has a huge walk-in closet

I lived at Hampton Village Apartments in Youngsville for just over two years. I would have continued to stay if not for a job change that motivated me to move closer to RTP. The apartments and property are well-maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues I had--all minor--were resolved in a timely manner. I lived at Hampton Village for about three years and have nothing but wonderful things to say! From when we first moved in, until it was time time for us to move out, the staff was unbelievably helpful. We never had any issues with our neighbors, interior of the apartment or exterior. Parking was never a problem. The location for us was so perfect, less than 1 mile away there is a shopping center with just about everything! Great access to US 1 and highway 96.

Hampton Village is in an excellent location convenient to grocery store, pharmacy, etc. It is peaceful and quiet and common areas are kept clean. The office personnel are friendly and strive to make the complex a place you would like to live.
